yes he did by making the app rate higher allowing others to catch up to the high ranked accounts.

Noobs who do not deserve to be there are the ones who do not know how to build a balanced account. Just having a high defense is not the only thing you need. You need assassin power, a defense, and covert to in my opinion not be massed.

but you'll have FA when it comes to nothing so dont be surprised if a high ranking player descends you (although i think ur safe for 3months when you first ascend??)

no one got stiffed in the update from my point of view, ppl who have played are still in the ranks...i think its that now ppl have the capabilities to catch up is whats worrying ppl...

you get like put on vacation for 2 weeks, then 10 days PPT, so ultimately you'd loose out.
