There will be no 3rd admin (operative) for now. Meaning noone will take the spot that FS wont take. For now...
If all the changes are done and things running smoothly we could think about it later.

it has never been a true totalitarian regime here... and that is fortunate for all... (except maybe those odd ones that thrive under that)

when we said it hasnt been a true totalitarian regime, we meant that people didnt need to ask permission to post or stuff like that... it might not have been a perfect system, but it hasnt been the worst it could have been...
