Orbital bodies have nothing to do with "top" or "bottom" How does a piece of space rock, satellite or anything else classed as you put an "orbital body" have any bearing on top/bottom? If by that you mean larger bodies...planet, solar systems ect. Exact same principle, you cant tell which way is up/down.
North is only the horizontal direction to the highest point of magnetism on earth. How does that make it the top it could just as easily mean its bottom.

They have to send hundreds of pregnent moms to AMERICAN hospitals each year, cause their socilized medicine doesnt let them deal with more than a certain number (basicly, theyre overwhelmed. God help them if a mass casulty incident occurs)

A dentist isn't a hospital, and only plebs wait in queue's
