I'm all for this idea. I don't think people should be charged for it though. But there are plenty of people who would use this-and the implementation shouldn't be too hard.

My guess would be they'd make it a 6 lines x 50 char memo field or thereabouts... If it's implemented at all. No-one seems to dislike the idea but that doesn't always mean it'll get done...

31 is a nice, prime number... might be better with 47 or so, though... will give some more options...
