Well I did wonder... Since I wasn't sure if people were genuinely outraged or not, I decided backing down (which a true goa'uld would rarely do so easily) was the lesser of two possible evils... Either way, I was hosed. Now I'll have to suffer being called Betty for God knows how long because I backed off too soon.

dont join the tokra, that would be the worst thing you could do, realy it is, you have sum balls to say that in here betty
so deep down you must be a goa'uld a not so smart one but one non the less just take a lil time to get the lay of the land.

Of course snakehead witb bad snake will tell you that joining the tok'ra is the worst thing you can do. But from my experiences with having a symbiote, I can tell that my symbiote is my best friend. How many goa'uld hosts can say that? 
Of course, first days were awful, Teal'auc was so bloody curious and she didn't let me sleep, she wanted me to talk to her, read books and stuff...
Oh well, joys of sharing the body... yes, sharing, the tok'ra live in symbiosis with their hosts, unlike some goa'uld who just steal others personalities to compensate their 'God' complexes...

The tok'ra are small and evil!! i've not yet met a nice one! they just all threatened me and all that... I am just simple low level system lord trying to make ends meet with almost nothing... so dont' worry about roleplay in here too much, i do it quite often as a system lord

And what proves that tokra are more to be believed than us when it's up to host speaking eh? What proves hosts aren't manipulated as well in tokra land?

I in fact speak for myself. While I'm no fan of the Tok'ra, Ranack isn't like most other Goa'ulds. He hates only Tauri and Tok'ra but has no real wish to dominate the galaxy.
