i dont agree at 10 billion but maybe the price should vary depending on how many planets u have already and i think u need to fix the idea u shouldnt have to wait 3 days with your mothership because that would also affect planet stealing and if its twice as fast why should u wait 3 times as long u should only have to wait 2 times as long
