Yes you lost your fleets, but you still destroyed planet defenses based on your 3 bill power at that time. Nothing at all to stop you re-buying fleets and repeating the process until said planet is massed, just costs you a fortune in replacement fleets.

that is also a possibility... or at least thats what our data says..

My current fleet hangers are 68,250 giving me a total fleet strength of 38,192,700,000. My goal is 100K fleets. They start getting a lot more expensive as you get higher.

Anyway, I rarely have to equip them all. Most of the time, I leave people's planets alone. I only start planet "massing" when I'm in war or being farmed.

Nah my son was a little off.. For a 71b fleet strenght, you need 123k fleet, which costs 89 trilion naq from 1.

I only have 75k fleet, 43.5b fleet strenght..

hmm you guys probably have really no clue how the system works judging from your posts

as long as you deal more damage than 1/10 of the enemy power your fleets will get severly damaged but not destroyed.

obviously hitting a 50 b def with 5 b fleets is not a good idea as statistically you are very likely bound to have your fleets destroyed.

You always deal between 75-100% of your real damage so in case your fleets would only deal 85% and the enemy defence would deal 86% you'd be screwed

It really comes down to how motivated you are to hurt your opponent. Personally, I'd sacrifice more resources than I removed simply for the satisfaction of seeing 10 highly defended and upgraded planets stripped from someone that had really annoyed me.

When I steal planets I aim to hurt the enemy more than me. It can be a 300 UP planet with 600 bil def on it. As long as I have the fleet strength to mass it and about 300 bil naq, it'd be way worth massing it. That means 10 tril naq just went bye bye
