I love the new title of the thread.. talk about adaptive censoring.

Censored <Moded Nimras>, next its gonna be hell, Christ sake (as one word)...i hate to think..

Please censor "hate" as well.. It offends me.

Though it's true.. if a word is continuously applied for verbal abuse, it might as well be censored. Speaking of which.. expect "noodle" to be censored soon enough.


I wonder if "the nus" is also undesirable? It's a little more specific..



There's so many scary words for the nus.. will be hard to keep tabs on.

I didn't exactly want to do it but it's what happens when people push the rules, new ones have to be created to fill the gaps.

Hmm.. you don't really want to extend that policy too far.. there's a slippery slope, Ben Franklin said something of sorts.. sacrificing freedom for security, not worth either?
I know it doesn't apply.. but it does apply to governing instances.. I know you'll do the right thing.

It was indeed Franklin but you only got half the quote. "Those that would sacrifice Freedom for Security deserve neither." and I do believe he was right. No one is really going to care if someone says the 'A word' here of there, but it was getting to the stage where some users were using it two or three times in every post just because it wasn't expressly forbidden. Well now it is, perhaps none of us deserve freedom or security.

Thanks. Heh, it has been my long time opinion that we do deserve neither freedom nor security.. this just goes to prove it.
