Very interesting Auriel ^^^ how do you get spiders to take drugs and is this a study or something I would like more info if you dont mind , pm me a link or something and have you ever seen the study of emotions on water molecules.

first off GODS do not spin spider webs. We spin webs of fire. You must have me confused with someone else.
Secondly I have never taken any of those drugs u listed (included coffee). GODS do not need help waking up.

@ Ero`Sore: Ah, yes.. the web of fire.. still, the basic principle is the same. You pull a thread of fire from your behind and attach it to any surface you need to create a level web (or whatever shape you wish it to be).

I heard about that, yeah.. strange stuff. I am not really sure as to the level of serious research involved in that field.. as for spiders and the biological effects of chemicals on them, basically you take a syringe with the essences of the chemicals, inject that in the spider, and release him in a controlled environment to start making webs. Marijuana you could also test by putting an active joint in a terrarium (where subject spider sits and makes webs, that is).

I'm sure there are more, apparently spiders are being used to measure toxicity of certain chemicals. Somewhat cruel, perhaps.. but there's a whole world of strange things opening up once one looks into spiderdom.
