Please keep in mind that it is a saturday and the admins are not at the office. Somem ight be away for real life or spending valuable time with hteir families. Admin is mailed and that at the moment is all we can do.

True, but in all fairness, they should have waited until they would be around before doing an update that could possibly result in something like this.

Yet again idiots are saying what the admins should do, its NOT your game let them to decide what is best, and when to check up on the game... Instead of waiting until its fixed why dont you go do something constructive? Spend time with the family, most likely we will given a 12+ hour ppt...

MFC you clearly are wrong. This is a product that has many users using real cash in which should imply a certain degree of urgency in this. I dont care that admin has a life i dont care he has a family. he has a product that is broke that he charges real money for turns and naq and uss. If ur happy with inferior products u will never succeed in business if thats the stance you take for this outage. This is not meant as a insult to you but rather a statement to say we dont want inferior updates or even newer updates released on a friday with no testing and admin leaving for weekend.

Also why would he give a ppt. everyone is still able to log in game bank and ppt so im believeing game will not have a ppt so some people are anxious for some huge naq.

its not our game?....and i suppose its not our money paying to keep this game running and there pockets lined either mate....just a little bit of consideration for there loyal customers is all i/we ask for i mean they put this update up ,not like we really needed it either its just to make more money for them.....all i see is a bunch of planets for $50 (extortionate) and a sh1t load of errors...no testing ..nothing... and to top it off not even one msg and its not like admin gary hasnt been in and out all morn and not even one msg

very poor service

You didnt have to buy the "product" you dont have to play it... My point was get out of the game for once some of you and do something constructive...

Oh geesh people. In a perfect world, admin would be here shortly after the bug and let us know whats going on. Along with that, there would be no diseases or poverty or hunger. This world ain't perfect.

Admin's got a life and I'm sure SGW isn't the only thing that he does. Give him time and he'll fix this as soon as he can. It's not like he's sitting at his computer just laughing at us. If you're really getting your knickers in such a twist over not being able to attack for a little bit, please get up from the computer and either clean your room, do laundry, cook dinner for your spouse, or go out and enjoy the day. It's not the end of the world as some are making it seem to be.

I don't see what everyone is getting so riled up about, its a damn game lol.. Sure you may have some money on it and so have I but that doesn't give you the right to yell at admin for having a life. Granted, it may have been a good idea to not make a major update before the weekend but that should be a suggestion not an insult, etc.

Just give it some time, it'l be fixed soon enough..
