Brawls in NG? The resources available hardly suffice for simple hits. NG is more of a, grow-in-peace / mercantile development server from what I see. It's hardly worth hitting any target, whether for resources or out of rage.
It has so many flaws that if I were the dev I would either
1. Have not released it before a closed beta
2. Closed it after beholding its faults and fixed them before opening it again
3. Praise the Jellyfish and sacrifice Tuna to it.
4. Re-make the whole game to make it truly a training server as it was supposed to be (as I remember reading its description in early days)
However, we're in luck - I'm not a dev.

I actually went from 13 to 18 daily so far. I plan to be 19 in 3 days, then 20 3 days after that. Loads of naq saved up to buy the required resources is required. I still have over 290 Tril out.

Still, congratz I guess.
No idea how anyone gets that kind of resources, with every player having so little naq/turn and the outrageous ms requirements for transporting naquadah. (I would think a Mothership is big enough to carry tons and tons of naquadah as well as tough enough to withstand all but the mightiest blows, but apparently all everyone gets as "mothership" is indeed a small Cargoship Glass Cannon)

Income? Sit there and build your daily income up. Took me a few weeks but I generate 2.2bil a turn. Just saving up so I can finish ascending.
