I play my 'silly' little computer games late at night when all the rest of my family has gone to bed. I can hear my 2 sons snoring (ages 8 & 6), my wife tossing and turning in her bed, the fridge clicking on and off. I think you get the picture.
Then late one night I get a message on another forum, telling all players **Filtered** about being attacked by [Zero], to shut up and pay your respect!
I follow this up.... and spend the next 30 mins trying to see through my teary eyes!
All these people..... all over the planet..... with well wishes.... of a player, err person in need of hope and prayer.
Now, my wife, before going to bed, asks how that dad in the game is doing..... I think of the kids and Stevens wife, and answer what I can.
To some people this is a game, a union an extended family. To everyone here, sitting in front of their computers..... its like a second home, a place where your thoughts are heard, and you feel safe.
To Steven and his 'family', my thoughts and prayers are with you.
Beautiful!
I've managed to get people asking me about him as well.
To everyone here: We are a community to be proud of.
I couldnt have said it better myself, while stevens condition makes me sad, the responce from the sgw community makes me happy and hopeful!
Thank you everyone for your support of Steven and his family, keep it up! we are not out of the black just yet!

Never knew you Zero, but I'm glad I found this thread. I will keep you in my prayers and tell my family to do the same. I hope that not too long we can all see you logged into the forum to tell us the good news and not someone comming in with the bad. Get well quick man.

Just wanted to say my thoughts and prayers are with you. No one deserves to lose to cancer, though many of us have had relatives who have. I wish peace and understanding for his family, and for the cancer to be beaten down. Stay strong, and I hope to see a return to the game.
