yes 40k is a nice amought,but the small players don't have more then 40k so i can't destroy more then 40k current lifeforce.

and btw,don't you think that the top 10 players can't add 40k lifeforce within the 6 hours?
it's only converting 400mil dmu into 40k lifeforce.

got a slightly problem here:

have been attacked personally but this attack was defended. still my LF reserve dropped to 0.

It's one turn of income. :lol:

I think descending a top player will(naturally) be a lot harder than a lower player. Ol' Shaitan might be able to do it in 3-4 hits, but he's a top 5 player, so chances are, he has a lot more ALF and DMU to spend on those such stats. I'm thinking that with around 40 personal stats and a good flow, you won't be able to be descended at all basically.

lol, i assaulted rank 1 personally just for fun and got beaten by just his fleets

The fleets of Sinister drained Gooseman the first
After many an eon, it finally emerges that Sinister's fleets of The Matrix {DD} were the victors.

Gooseman the first, their life energy totally spent in battling only the physical forces in The Matrix {DD}, is defeated before the true battle ever starts. Gooseman the first, in shame, dissolves from the realm, returning to their own space and plane within Planet Gooseman. Legends will be told of this day within The Matrix {DD} and anyone even speaking of this event within Planet Gooseman will surely be put to death!


still fun tho
for those that dont know, if you get totally beaten (down through your reserves) you are just left with 1 life force, so realisticly you would be descended

As gooseman has pointed out, not only do you have to be able to take down our considerable LF reserves, but you also have to get through our formidable physical defenses first. No easy task, I assure you. For those of you contemplating such an act, pack a lunch because it's going to be a LOOOOOONG time.

So when Mojo attempted to descend me he did 27k ALF damage. Understanding that that is some massive damage, I have well over ten times that in reserves. :? The damage he did to me wasn't much considering the amount he put into it. In less than 6 hours I could easily recover that plus more.

On the topic of the ascended super weapon, I just got hit with it(by request). The logs are kind of weird I had one strike weapon, but the logs say that I lost:
The following Offensive Fleets were Destroyed:
6 Nuclear Rockets
578 Macro Quantum Multiverse WorldShips
5 Dark Matter Enhanced Destroyers
24 Conventional Rockets
2 Space Vessels
The following Defensive Fleets were Destroyed:
8,173 Multiversic Phase Networks

I didn't have any of those weapons :?

On a different note, I am on a PPT, so that works. Oh and I lost 525 more planets than I should have, but that's not much to me, just noting it.

The log sent by PM is always screwed up. The actual result, however, seems to work as it ought to - or close enough.

I think that this will very much make the ascended server a whole lot more interesting, seeing as you can't use the weapon on somebody without complete disregard for the after effects simply because you can't be hit for 30 days after getting struck yourself, but you also don't want the weapon ending up in the hands of your or your alliances enemies, and such I think it can make it an interesting balance of power tool if used properly.

That's my 2 cents at least, but for an additional penny I'll share my thoughts. :P

OK - a few more balancing changes:

1) superweapon leaves 10% of total planets as resource planets.
2) 60 days new accounts cannot be superweaponed or asceneded attacked
3) command star is 1000x more powerful
4) influence rank counts for HALF of total rank
5) attacking up/down rank mods are max of 1.3x and down varies based on stat. remember the mod is 1/2 due to rank; 1/2 due to the specific rank you are using (ie your attack on their def rank).
6) superweapon - IF BOUGHT - cannot be sold. must be used or expired.

Command Star Power 92,220,000 hasn't caught up with it yet (but that's not really the point anyway ... :roll: )

I never really bothered with the Command star and suddenly the Offense Capacity is 23,100,000,000 and the Defence Defence Capacity is 69,120,000,000 - and that only with 55 and 108 weapons ... it takes ages to get your physical defenses to that level but almost nothing to get a massive Command star ... so while I absolutely agree it needs to get more powerful, the 1000x seems a bit too much to me :? (or am I missing the point somehow?? I'm starving after all :D)

Apart from that (and never really having done the math on point 5) I think the other points are good chances :).

Yes but the maximum damage that your Command Star can do is still limited by the amount of attack you have. So it is a little more balancing and makes Command Stars much more cost effective. Perhaps a little too strong, but that's what a Beta test is for.

sorry to bring this up again but
another ascended attack (by same player) has been defended and my LF reserve is 0 -again. seems not to work.

and if can be sold after bought, a) it would be like an ebay business and b) could never be used if 'bounced' between 2 top accounts.

So basically, if someone shoots the thing at you, you can sell to someone, but as a buyer you can't sell it onwards correct?
