I think it would have to be reset every umm 6 months or 9 months.. Just cos it would become stale and wouldn't be an origins server... lol

Technically it wouldnt need reset, as there would be no trading, no raiding, limited attack turns, no planets etc etc, so growth would be limited.
Should be interesting.
