Actually Tekki there are other things beneath this topic that we need to get sorted first.

I’m not seeing any really. I’m seeing plague as a pretty big concern for new players who have no hope of catching up and no way of defending.

I’m seeing plague as being rendered completely ineffectual as a method of slowing down the biggest accounts.

I’m seeing plague and the development of super UPS via planets, cash and officers as being the new ‘in thing’ further widening the gap.
I’m seeing plague as a pretty big issue, not anything else.

Well the plague issue is up because someone is threatened by it so..I guess we disagree on that.

Lastly, when you are in plague range, your officers do not send more UP your way...plague is so distasteful that they just don't arrive...you suspect they are ending up at the restaurant at the end of the universe.

This is how i see this play out.

Current winers win over admin and current rank 1 looses recoucers deu to new rules implemented by the complainers/admin, whom now can take rank 1 with not to manny losses.

Ones current complainers have invested more to take rank 1 and or/ar tryin to keep it, there new complaints will be that its unfair the new rules allow everybody to take down there precious investment cos they invested more than the average joe and rules should be changed to lets say the way they were before that way they can grow bigger and keep/protect what they got.
