Can't get to the main/asc server and having about 50% packet loss while pinging servers.

Hi Admin! Looks like I lost 1/2 my PPT. Went on at PPT around 22:00 game time (10 PM eastern time) Wednesday night just got loged in first time today Thursday and lost 20 + hr of PPT. Looks like other have had the same problem. Hope there is a way to get that back tonight.

Bad project management (no project management?), DR failed (no DR exercises done?), migration from pre-prod a total failure (no pre-prod?). Incompetence everywhere

Umm, so, with everything in the air with the servers and the fact that my cell phone was stolen,(my major SGW access point), I would like to be able to go on vac mode. But as I am on PPT the game will not allow this. Unless my PPT will last 30 days I think it only fair that you allow players to enter vac mode as long as they have not attacked anyone lately. I don't have the time the login regularly on a PC so this "no vac mode" really messes with my time. If this can be changed, awesome.

I have ALWAYS turn lags which last around 2-3 minutes. So i can't access any side on the server at this time... o:
The server is very fast, ecept the turn lags.
GMT+1, Central European Time (6 hours later than the servertime)
Furthermore the ranking system doesn't work correct.

Seriously, quit taking shots at the admins, feel lucky that they even have the servers up. Your putting your character in jeopardy.

Also in the exact same boat been on ppt for less than 22 hours n 8.5 hours left fecking brilliant hopefully admin can get it fixed or at least do sumat about it to repay
