You talk a lot.

Sitting and repairing isn't an onliner. It's a very effective way of forcing your opponent to blow up their own army. Even more effective to get the war set and wait until they are offline and then blow the **Filtered** out of them.

There wasn't an onliner

Neither is face-rolling double attack button when you have a 44t strike and 2t def then expecting the opponent to gift you a war set...

There was still no onliner though and ridiculing somebody who has obviously put up more stats and taking the fight to him is just mean

That's the problem with this game, you try and you lose out - there's no pat on the back, it's all a fight of words.

No mutual respect for the enemy anymore...

Well it's easy to put up a strike when you have a 700t gift to throw at the game, but expecting someone who has to earn their UU and naq over time to just drop a war set when it's almost always a dbl strike being used back at them is just foolish in the extreme.

Then moaning about the PPT'ing or avoidance of an onliner, when it's not really an onliner when 1 side has a double strike activated on a low defense, high strike set up...sorry that's not cool, especially when you have the peanut gallery throwing poop at every ppt used or dbl strike onliner denied, when those same players would NEVER consider gifting an enemy with a double strike a war set themselves.

Well said Borek...Zero started this thread on a respectful note then it got derailed by many. Maybe both should build a similar strike and defense and have an onliner from there. Equal stats equal chance.

Sad but true, double strike killed the onliner and war setting fighting. Double strike and phasing put the nail in the coffin.

Oh well.

but it did give people a chance to actually tackle stupidly big defences $ spenders and others built
