It's clear that there are some server issues or something like that, so there's no point stating the obvious.
If there's something new or something changes in this situation then you might as well post about it, but otherwise this thread will just get filled up with people saying it's very slow or I can't log in!

Traceroute stops at the ISP router so I suspect the ISP is having internal LAN routing issues. Others servers that are also on their network are accessible. I'm sure they are working to correct it.
