hey dont be haten raven it was like 3 AM when i wrote it. All good points
The ancients must know of war due to the fact that they created defencive and offensive weapons at one point ( a machine that destorys an entire race at will, a stargate destroyer, etc). These things show that at one point they were a warring race just at their end time, what we know of them they were peacefull cowards. The reason the wraith do not have sheilds, is prob that their was no point for them to develop them, drones ignore sheilds.
The main reason I agree with you guys now is basicly we are talking about a ship against ship battle, and even if they did teleport some of their guys in theyd get pwned by thousands apon thousands of Jafa, our ships would rip apart their hull and theyd be left for dead.
But yeah we would totally pwn them
Would Goa'uld pwn the Wraith?

Why it is ture about the weapons and adavnce tech their is nothing to base a fact like they at any point were a warring race more than likely their built the weapons incase they meant us Goa'uld or when they first came across the wraith or when the "ORI" came around.

the weapon on dakara was not created to kill...but to reintroduce into life into a lifeless galaxy.

Perhaps the Ancients didn't realize they could use it to destroy a certain race? Or didn't know how to set it to do that. Perhaps for some reason they couldn't build another weapon like that?
And i'm not sure but the Pegasus Ancients and Milky Way Ancients were two different groups. I'm not sure of the weapon on Dakara was built after they left Pegasus or before...

yup, they wernt different groups the ancients from the milkeyway left and went to the pegasus galaxy through earth. But im sure they knew the possibilty, i meen all the replicators couldnt hold all the knoledge of the ancients. But im guessing it was because they were too weak of mind to kill of an entire race...

no the replicators couldn't process it immediatly they could do it spread out with the million that replicarter created. But there were 2 groups of ancient those that ascended after the plauge and those that went to pegasus then there were those who ascended during the wraith war and those who went back to earth other then that there were the Ori but thats it...and infernal your facts are kinda flawed

Our failure is obvious, we had our foot on the throat of Humanity and we failed to step down hard enough.

The Ancients never should have had a problem with the Wraith, it was just because there weren't many left.
If the Goa'uld took all its force (at the Empire's greatest extent; pre-Dakara) the Wraith would have been screwed.

Well... that's basically 12 pages summed up into one nice and neat sentence.
