Hmm... i think TL can be called a super-alliance, but not TF.
TF with the exception of a douzen of players consists in mercs.

As for the hate that people associate me with CIA.. Ok yeah to be honest I am especially pissed off with EPA for turning thier backs on everything the alliance was about when it was set up.. They used to above anythng else protect people.. And when I was "invited" to war by a friend of mine when I got in the conversation, I was told I was a spy.. And people went mad at me.. Which is total bull.. So yeah I am a little pissed off at the people who where supposed to be my side.. Who wouldn't?

Then there was the general BS saying I couldn't be trusted and that noone from the EPAc should talk to me, a few different people have said it to me so no point denying it.. Its funny how people forget so easily everything you do for them when you go against what they believe in....

But I've put that behind me as I know who my friends are.. Yeah some are CIA, some are CoP and some are neutral.. I stand by the decisions I made.. And I stand by this thread..

If you condone the actions taken by one person/group and you allow others who you associate yourself with, that makes you a hypocrit!!!

If any CIA members stick together or not at the end that is to be seen... The EPA I was once in and joined would have gone against the legion for such actions.. I guess that will never happen.. So much for honour in your friendships..

Can I ask ya'll a question. Is the majority of players even fighting this war anymore, Do you think we really care so much as feel like we have to use a our fly swatters more freq. now. Really, whats the point and what do you hope to achieve?

To answer your question... yes, Ze, we still fight. And if we'd show a moment's weakness, we'd be reminded of our pledge, and we would fight again, until this story ends and we can begin to sing songs of our victories, and honour our glorious dead.

I don't think it's that we have abandoned the cause, were just board. Not much can really be done. defenses are taken, planets abandoned. but victory of loss is unobtainable. We fight, waste resources against something that will not change us of or our accounts. The thrill is gone.

In that case, this has turned into a war of attrition...

The thrill is gone because you have not been on the losing side before. It can be disheartening and cause that ;thrill is gone' feeling. That's what is bothering you. So, admit it and move on.

You can't fend off the truth about what everybody knows by denying it. We can all see the numbers and fled ex- CoP names. Being stubborn will just lose you more members and prolong the misery.

CoP was the greatest SGW alliance ever. Do your legacy justice and stop playing this kind of lose on the field, try to win in the forum crap. It dulls your legend.

As part of the rag tag collection of rebels that stood up to you, I admit my pride in being part of this war. My hat is off to the ability of the CoP alliance. Pity they are not great enough to acknowlege the worth of the opponent that bested them or the truth that no one can be the top dog forever.

Can you stop generalizing! You are talking about SPECIFIC PEOPLE that you know, or should I say KNEW.

Back in the "good old days" when you were a member of EPAc, this would never have happened? All you could have done was complain and whine. Guess what, a lot has changed since you were a member and you wouldn't have been able to avoid Tweety getting massed because CIA is a huge pact of alliances. WE do NOT act as ONE on every single issue on Earth, even though you seem to think so.

And people have a hard time seeing why we would disband after the war, lol
