the player usually gets them back when they send out their MS remember plus it has less damage to it as they don't have to steal it back and knock another 25% off the stats

yeah but then they lose their MS for 24 hours and might not get it back and since he lost 2 duals... he wontbe gettin 1 back

3 duals also he's inactive so doubt he'll be sending his MS out anytime soon.
