Just to sort this out TC did the same thing earlier in the game and Skunky said something. TC then said this. It's just a game so I'm not concerned just curious now myself.

Yeah, I think anarchy changed it to that because the game was dying out. Unfortunately, it also allows blitzs, such as the one the Ancients just had.
