Oh, it makes clear sense... just like when, for instance... you are desperatly looking for your glasses around the house, and you cant seen to find them anywhere. As soon as you stop looking, you realize they were on your head the whole time.
Example 2:
When you are desperatly trying to find your keys so you can get to work on time, and when you finally give up and stop looking, you realize they have been in your hand the whole time, or better still, in a very obvious location.
When you stop looking for things, you seem to find alot more.
When you stop paying close attention, you seem to notice things that before never occured to you.
You see?
