Let's go over it,

A unemployed person or a young teen that lives free with his parents, can spend endless time farming for example.

Players who have to work like maniacs maybe only have a little time to fight in the evenings and maybe weekends - so they spend $ to make up for it. They don't have the time to farm or raid but wanna play with everyone else in the wars etc coz this is a hobby they enjoy.

Then there are others who do both.

Personally I see nothing wrong with supporting admin for example. Life isn't free, far from it. And hosting a game like this is also not free etc etc.

I do say farming for all upgrades is far more satisfying - but doesn't matter if you're powerful or can rebuild increadibly fast for any given reason, certain people tend to get jealous and bash you for it. So the way I see it doesn't matter there will always be those who try to turn a good honorable fight into a forum fight flame war.

There are those who buy with money, there are those who dont.
There are those who have a lot of time to farm, there are those who dont.
Some fit into both, some fit into neither.

Just as someone can spend money, someone else can complain about them doing so. As long as both do it within the rules, there is nothing you can do about it but complain yourself.

There are those who buy from admin.
There are those who buy from other players who only play the game to make a quick buck.

While many would support the first, the latter can often be seen as a cause of the games decline (both those who sell and buy).

Those who complain about those spending money are doing the exact same thing they are talking about, that is complaining about how another user does what they do.

Dont feed trolls kj he dosent care just wants to whine and get attention on the forums. Like all other wars, i see no problem with money being used if you got some in these tough times heck ya good on ya.

Sometimes ya gotta for a little extra kick besides we war ALOT means were having fun and thas all that matters

That's the only thing I disupute. I can assure you that not having a full-time job does not mean I can sit on gatewars all day every day. Far from it. I have lots of RL things that keep me busy, from work projects I do to improve skills and experience, job applications and that thing they call a social life. To be honest, even though I am officially unemployed I have LESS time to spend farming than most people who work 9-5 and have the evenings free to play. And seeing as I can't afford to spend money on the game it really makes it tough for me and people in my position to compete with the top players, (be them $ spenders or farmers). For example with my current average farming rate it'd take me almost two years to get enough naq for covert 38.

Norbe, good point I should have said "Some of them" - I did not mean to imply all those unemployed could. But I know for a fact some can.

It also might depend on the country, for example where I live you get certain amount of money from the government if you're unemployed but they make you study or take some certain courses etc. So It's not right that they have all the time in the world.

Also in 2005 and 2006 I was in my capitals technical college, studying computer engineering/programming and all day at school I could be logged in to SGW, farm and raid etc while I studying lol.
Plus no homework so I could continue to play when I got home. So I grew very fast and there was even once a thread here on forums about how fast me and a couple of others grew.

Anyways we're very far off topic, I've been having lots of fun tonight, finished my covert turns twice and ate quite a few supers and spies.
