Pretty much, there are a few others who are good but for the most part they have sucky stats.
Strike Action 69,847,700 Ranked: 3
Defensive Action 125,000 Ranked: 291

My UP is only 1700, but it has been there for awhile so I am happy with my unit count for now.

I have rank 1 covert by about 150 mill, I went through about every player in the game with an army close to or above mine, if Jack doesnt have top UP then tell me who else has over 3k...

Not sure what some of those "unkowns" like Tower Imperial have i know its sort of high, and i cant be tossed to look, suffice to say , soon i will be above gunz.

Saw few 4000-4200 UPs around...
Unit Production 2,320 /dayis not alot I know but I still see many page 1 with less than that
