is if this is the case everyone will end up the same

ie if in main the cap was 100 mil, everyone would be the same, ie defendingthe same stats.

what would be the point of this.

right i will explain it slowly for you.

if the cap stops you growing above a certain lvl

this will apply to everyone

your stats when you hit this lvl will mean nothing

why because everyone will be closing in on you

so what you do to defend what you have, it up your stats

untill these people hit the same stats

& over & over & over untill everybody is the same,

great game to work towards

Whats your percentage ? Maybe the game is lowering your CER step by step.

This game is about limits, the only thng that bothers me is that these caps were implemented so late. But if your CER will eventually be at 0, then this really sucks.[/quote]

my loses when i first noticed were about 100k per turn drop in CER

at the moment the loss 73,920 per turn to my CER which is droping by 480 now & again

i have lost or will have lost almost 10% of my CER in 24 hours

now to put a cap in is fine with a kill rate, again fine, but this is just mass slaughter.

there is no way you can counter this loss.

you can not match the speed with buying charisma lvls because of the cost of them atm 14 trill . Even pumping all my income in will make no differance.

& what was the point in putting the price caps in on these lvls, only to have the 2 bil cap wipe this all out anyway.

If it is not a bug you got us to buy at the very expencive rates for what reason

like i have said the only outcome is stalemate for all in the future.

Take it a step further what happens when a war comes along,

:lol:

The beta server had a lot higher output so maybe this would not have been noticed, like HE said in his post his up was way higher.

the ranking system is screwed up. Ever since you added Cosmic Rank.


As it stands now your influence rank is coming from your cosmic rank and not where you stand in overall influence.


I'll give an example.

Are you losing your actual planets already in your system? OR just the rate at which you get more planets?
It sounds like the "cap" is just a way of limiting/slowing growth, or least what it is intended for. You should still be able to grow and increase your overall planet count, but by 50% of what someone who had the same UP levels as you but with less then 2 billion planet count would have.

Its from the CER so its planets being made,

the point is the slowing was meant to be gradual, 10% in 24 hours is not gradual :lol:

But what is the biggest concern is that all lvl's were increased to promote increased growth, which everyone will tell you have happened,

you are all now rushing towards a brick wall & 2 bill planets is not that far for alot of people now with their increased/increasing growth.

If you take into account all the extreme price cap's which were put in to slow down growth ie, charisma 14 trilll next increase, fleets 18 bil next one etc etc.

These prices will be the same for all the people time they hit this barrier. now what was the point of these caps if you have this one coming i so severely.

I have been told that it will stop at 90% of my CER

I say again,
whats the point in all we have done & all we are doing, only to be stoped so severely

if this is the case

I've noticed this also. My stats are all below 1000, but my rank is just below 1500. How are you supposed to increase rank?

I've noticed this also. My stats are all below 1000, but my rank is just below 1500. How are you supposed to increase rank?

Rank is based on amount of planets, not stats
