Its quite hard to tell the diffrence from a normal ppt and a alliance ppt this last 2 days in taf.

Isn't that the point? Besides, people get two PPTs per week. If you wait til the end of the week to draw people off of PPT, then of course people will burn their PPTs before they lose them
