I watch from afar and only step in if they are hit by larger forces. My time is better spent planning, plotting then massing a 2-5 mil army player.
If the smaller minion lords want fun, then these match your power so it is a fair fight.

Regaurdless of how much naq I produce none of it will ever go to the likes of your troops.
