a ppt is a good start, but as some have been able to log in perhaps a rollback to beginning of day which was about when all the hassles started would be fairer for all.

possibly, but not likely I'm guessing... there's nothing wrong with the server... a router has gone out that hosts the server. or so I'm told anyway
