Ok people this is getting serious, so please everyone who truly wishes to attend the meeting read carefully

So first things first:

I have taken it upon myself to organize the whole thing, both the meeting place and the lodgings of every person that will arrive there. Not that i am paying for it all, i'll just try to arrange it as best as i can so you get the max for your $$

First thing is the location.
In July i would STRONGLY discourage Ljubljana as the main place simply because the only people there will be people on vacation all the students and party people will be on the seaside or at home

So what do we do? Go to the seaside after them of course

Now i did not yet find any real place where can be but i am making enquiries about the where, when and how much.

Our second option is renting a big enough place somewhere outside of Ljubljana with a good tourist (party sense) location. I have been thinking about Bled or somewhere in it's surrounding area. Transportation there will be taken care of

Or if you want to stay in Ljubljana regardless of it's 'vacancy' we that can be arranged as well

I also have bad news people. Since it will be in the high season it means that most places will be taken (no matter if in Ljubljana, the seaside or Bled) so we WILL have to reserve them in advance.
This means we will have to make a pre-payment most likely, which in turn means that you will have to trust me with a part of the whole payment in advance. Would that be possible?

As for the arrivals:

I will most likely organize a cheaper taxi transport from the airport to the city center.

So all in all: those who TRULY plan on coming and are really arranging to come please let me know as soon as possible so i can start looking for places.

I know i ask a lot so let's say take 1 month to consider this and then please let me know.

Ljubljana, why not? It would of been easier for the Slovenian people to come to Ljubljana... Bled is too far away for me, Scod and snoopey , but if the players that would like to stay and sleep for a bit longer, let them go to Bled, but central meeting, that would last like 6-8 hours would be in Ljubljana, what do you say on that ?

well mate, sue and G seem pretty keen but never see mike these days, have hardly seen him since we got him trashed in worcester for that matter
