Basically there saying its unfair to the new owner of davinci's account if they let you surrendour without persuing your old account sinc eJT will be doing the same.

Exactly, if JT is not letting accounts out of war why should we? Its easily sorted unless mayhem doesnt want to let accounts out of the war then why should we?

I posted in your selling thread that your account is at war, not as a threat but as a warning to anyone buying as it does tend to happen that accounts sold during war do usually still get massed
