hmmm, let me :-k about that for a minute....

:smt115 [-X nope, its defo on topic :-) and by the looks of it, Christian/religious stupidity is NOT strictly an American illness...unless your claiming otherwise?

No its not specifically there, but everything cant be a conspiracy either..

Agree

@[KMA]Avenger
Still this isnt on the topic.

And I dont see how this can be even remotely related.
Or are you trying to directly attack my character due to certain beliefs i hold? I.E Defamation.
It doesnt matter if I was a Christian, or an Atheist, my stance would be the same.

For record, I am not a religious nut.

And for the most, i am not using religious references for most part of this debate.
Good Luck Kid, Next time, read my posts and note my arguments dont dismiss them due to my discourse, because we are closer than you would know.

did i say you was?

i'm talking about your religious beliefs which you have admitted to hold dear. so, your religious beliefs do have a bearing on your stance of no for legalization regardless of how well your arguments against marijuana have been squashed (maybe not by me but others have more or less destroyed your arguments), but you still hold onto those beliefs just like the "nut jobs" in those films, which is what i'm referencing to...that's not a dig at you or your beliefs its simply a statement of how i see things and showing a comparison...

still "off topic"?

edit:

@Sandman, FYI i'm 41 years old young...NOT a kid ;)

Considering that you've just been dismissing every rational argument that isn't in agreement with your views, Mr. Sandman, I would almost consider it appropriate to respond to your arguments by quoting your post and stating "I do not agree."

The desperation that has caused some to point out that you are, and I quote, "a religious nut" and to serve others the advice to "not argue with religious nuts" is an admittedly emotionally-fueled expression of their frustration with your idiosyncratic inability to respond to a logical argument.

I kept a little gem of yours to remind myself of that in my signature. It beautifully and accurately demonstrates how you simply gainsay an argument and then restate your position.

Cheers,

Agapooka

PS: Friendly advice: an argument consists of different parts: premises, reasoning and a conclusion. The first test is to see if the conclusion follows from the premises (so you would test the reasoning used) and the second tests the premises, themselves. To be able to do any of this, you'd have to be able to identify the premises, reasoning and conclusion of an argument. I'd recommend you read a LSAT (Law School Admittance Test) and practise on that for a while. The reason for this particular recommendation is that LSATs tend to focus on argument analysis, critical thinking and logical reasoning.

Having wasted my own time pooka & KMA, i feel obliged to warn others not to waste theirs ;)

The holdings of Sandman about drugs is just as bad and offensive as his insistance that we all believe in god/follow a religion

Such views you hold are off topic. I have presented logic, with no religious agenda. I have dismissed imperfect logic and replaced it with mine. I.E Ideal logic.

You are now just resulting to childish accusations and claims. Why? Becuase you cannot argue against my cases and vast amounts of evidence.

Actually, this is wrong. I was very logical and you are wrong. It's false, what you said. You can't argue with my logic. My logic is true.

The reason why you say that what I say about what you say is wrong is because you cannot say that what I say about what is said to be said by me is not wrong, meaning that it is true. It clearly is wrong to think anything else.

It is childish not to respond to my vast amounts of evidence and resulting
[sic] to accusations that my proven methodology is wrong, when it's clearly off topic to do so. Black, white and yellow logic!!

No sandman we've just reached the point we reached in the other threads on this topic, where we are all finally bored of your very presence and your constant ignoring of everything we post.

therefore we now warn others of the folly of even talking to you, having been sullied by this ourselves we are well aware of the dangers knowing exactly how you will respond and what your thoughts will be.

how ironic! you accuse us of ignoring your evidence when its you that's ignored everyone else's evidence, not only that, but you also manage to sound magnanimous even after people have completely destroyed your credibility...

is that a gift you was born with or have you had to work hard at it?

Most of your argumentation has been firmly based on the government biases or cover ups especially in relation to arguing with data I have provided.

Neither am I am I kid....
