i'm getting conflicting requests on it :)
1) make nox un-re-noxable
2) remove 'remove nox' update entirely or make it much higher threshhold....
walks left and right at same time...hurts self...

Ben's suggestion just rewards statbuilders who passively sit there and grow. A better compromise would be to make nox less effective the more agressive you are. But also make it less effective (more slowly though) the more inactive you are (don't reward statbuilders for just sitting there 24/7).

In short, yes it was somehow possible to get splattered against only planet defenses.

I tested on beta, and it was giving you the warning up to the % needed. I checked it in main as well, and it backed up how they behaved on beta besides the % being changed.
