Even if 1IC was online, once someone in IC moves the alliance, you can't move back and regain benefits easily, so your argument doesn't cut it. As for NAPs we had none with u. It was a TAF member who massed Rahl and someone else first, so don't talk crap.
As for Omega needing other alliances, lmao!!! You lot can't even declare war without preparing to run into ppt. Prove me wrong and order every TAF member off ppt and I will order the same. We both declare war and we'll see who comes out on top. Surely 100 members can take on a handful!
90% of OE have war setting from me, they don't seem to care to use it so....
I really think you guys should disband, would save at least some memories of your alliance.
