thats 20% feed, like the government has in real world xD

I think its all legit, if you do not return, you're marked as scamer and well
we all know what happens to scammers ;)

All the trades and stuff will be posted here publicly!

Post if anyone interested,
~H~

This was the thread made by Hell. As you can see, he says exactly 1 month. Then he will post, though since he did it 10 days later.....20 days short of the deal/contract. Fen had to right to repay him back as Hell was breaking the deal first.

Ummm no... He says if you don't pay it back you will be marked as a scammer...? With the evidence against Fenrir, is there no just reason to conclude that he was not going to pay it back?

Never was it mentioned that IF he didn't pay back in a month he would be labeled a scammer... nor was it mentioned that he would do it via a thread...? Read between the lines...

He said specifically, if you DONT pay it back....
And read the bolded and underlined i just made.

Hell did say people would be called a scammer if people didnt pay in 1 month. Marked and called is the same thing.

Read carefully. I know its hard for you. But maybe you should get that text to speech thingy on your laptop to help you out. ;)

Try using that logic in a legal document... maybe that's why apple lost against microsoft in the legal battle all that time ago :smt043

AT&T uses a similar logic. ;)

You get a contract with them, but if you break it you have to pay more.

But in this case, Hell broke it. which means Fen doesnt have to pay

I would love to see someone break there contract with AT&T and win the fight of not paying the fine for breaking the contract, but have At&T paying it. =D>

AT&T "contract" obviously protects from a NUMEROUS amount of loop holes... they don't use a fourm post to keep their rights upheld :) nice comparison... :smt043

You have a "nice comparison" too. ;)

And like I said. Hell broke the contract he made. Thus letting fen not pay him back.

Says the scammer who scamms then changes his story all the time. Just cause you didnt get no loving in rl, so you need the attention here to feel loved. :smt043

no where in that thread did it mention that the deal was off if Hellsing posted something about the naq prior to the agreement terms, although I think Hellsing should have tried talking to Fenrir before labeling him a scammer, which he was incidentally and is trying to change, but either way it does not negate the deal. A deal is a deal, for example say I borrowed a hundred dollars from a friend and he told me I have two weeks to pay him back, then the next week on payday he asked if I had the money I borrowed from him...would I not have to pay him back simply because he asked for it back a week earlier?

Ang, if I call you a scammer and insult you, will you pay me back out of the goodness of your heart? No. If I declare a vendetta on you while our contract is still up and insult the hell out of you, will you pay me back? No. Why would you. Not like there is much going on. ;)
The party obviously is not interested in a peaceful resolution is he goes all "BURN THE SCAMMER" before anything happened. As a consequence, you are no longer obligated to 'oblige' by your contract.
tl;dr: They both **Filtered** up. Shucks.

Thats different.

Fen sold the account. On that basis alone Hell called him a scammer. Hell made the thread right after finding out, without knowning if fen was getting another account or not.

Terms was at 1 month to the day, naq had to be paid(or before) or would be called a scammer.

Terms were broken when hell called Fen a scammer before the allotted time was up.

you say that love, but you know I would still pay anyone back regardless of what they call me I do not like owing people anything and I stick to my word no matter the consequences

Rudy terms were not broken...they didn't make any terms aside from the you borrow x amount and pay back y amount in a month. Yes Hell posted before then, but Fen also sold his account...to me that signals a lack of communication between both parties, not a breach of agreement

It is both.

By fen accepting the naq, he accepted the terms posted by hell.

Hell broke the terms by saying he would do what he would....but very early, thus he broke the terms he set out.

As ang said, guess its hard to see eye to eye via a post sometimes, agree to disagree.. :smt117
