Yeah, I would lose 30 million units over the span of a day or 2 if it caught me during a time I am not logging on...

I'm writing an update announcement as we type, it will cover all items up for the next release.
Preparing a package (Plague/Functioning Caps/ME/Income/Pop re-balance) for launch at Market Reset, i.e. 00:00 gametime, October 28th, 2013. (All of this and a lot more will be in the announcement.)
