As Discussed with Ark on Skype, something new (or old) has spawned within my lair of master plots.

As such this war will inhibit said plans to develop it further.

So with that in mind, ~Touch Me~ surrenders this war in order to move on to bigger and better things.

It was hard fought, fun and best of all, costly. Respect has been earned (i hope both ways) by certain individuals and hopefully future endeavors will keep this in mind.

Diplomatic agreements have been made on either side starting with a 4 month NAP effective immediatly.
