DDE and FS history is quite special actually. I think these two alliances have the biggest history in SGW now, aside from DDE and OE who were allied for so many years. Look up for example the old DDE vs. TL threads. They were quite respectful, from both sides. And in the past wars, both sides have congratulated the other etc.

You can't really compare alliances that have barely met, to alliances that have had run-ins with each other constantly for years.

That being said I don't think we need too much slander. But our war threads will always get more heated. I can't really believe you try to put it all on DDE.

Read back through the old threads, I know I have only ever made one comment that attacked Rob3rt that was past the line, I poked fun of his literacy, other than that, nothing.

When Guild was in the TaF thread, Mathlord said what he had said in the FS thread was "disgusting". Full quote. [spoiler]Have you seen the crap he's posted in the FS thread? Absolutely disgusting. There is no respect to be given to that trash.[/spoiler]

This is only one example, but time and time again I find myself wading through mountains or poisonous hate from DDE, I admitted earlier that I had stepped across the line earlier, I said 4 words that I got a warning for, I know we have others in FS that have said worse. But in a DDE thread that always seems to be little and much more far apart than the other side.

Problem is, the most vocal of DDE are also the worst at civility, Kj you and I are friends. I along with everyone else that plays this game respect you immensely, but you're always well mannered self is somewhat overshadowed by the rest of your alliances most vocal hate-mongers.

It wouldn't be DDE vs FS without the angry posts. I had my favourite moments at war with those guys.

Hate posts will follow wherever guild and JT follow. Doesn't matter what their alliance tag is. Go read the OE threads from when guild was there.

EDIT: Reading back in that thread reminded me of how important Mezz was to our success in 2011-2012. Thank you friend.
