Now remember it may not be a fun war, but we can have fun.

Now i understand some of your members want to go back to stat building.
So hear are my terms for your surrender.

1. 100 tril will be paided by C2 to ETL (Reason, TL didn't mass him, and he needs to generate his ME another way)
2. Every day of war = 1 day of NAP
3. After the NAP is done, their will be no further NAP, instead it will be the 1 hit 1 mass policy for your farmers!
4. Anything in Ascension goes expect descensions
5. At a time in the future, you will go to war allied with us for a period of not less than 1 week.

2) NAP 1 week - unlimited DRA after
3) HE gives me his MS

Lo @ DRA. Why would we have a dra again when members of tl were breaking it n taking it to the very edge of breaking it when not breaking it.

hehe i can't give you the MS (3)
DRA with your alliance is acceptable if the following happens, you all build up 100 tril defenses and you don't farm us.
As for the 2 quad, meh i could do that, but why you aren't screwing with us.
Long term i'm good, you get me a few 1-3 tril defenses to mass.

Btw this is the important issue.
#1, you weren't in TL when the war started
#2, your the ONLY one in TL that is doing anything, and you know how little you are doing
#3, you can always use the ( untrain 10% of your super MT)
#4, your defense won't last a night off ppt.
#5, your really going to love the ME you get!

Yeah I did hit delta 1 time this week, when I noticed the ~ 12 hits on TL.

You on them. Neutral and 1 % of the way to BLOODWAR (?)
Them to you. Neutral and 5 % of the way to BLOODWAR (?)

Would tend to suggest you were farming TL a lot more than we hit you.
