if you want to stop circles, just code so that you cant be officer of someone who is already within your command...
an simple sql query can fix it.... takes about 1 hours to look at parent/child sql queries, think about it, code it, put it in the right place (check on "MAKE COMMANDER" button, and another check on current officer/commanders chains).

Nah the update now is far better, it achieves what admin wanted by affecting stopping the Co Circle, but at the same time made it that RAW up is important again....

Thanks a heaps makes it easier to c what he gets from his officers and what i get from him and calc what i need to get for raw to recieve bonus
. I just saw a officer had like 300k total but i only recieved from 230k of them meaining to use it i need to get 68k RAW so thank so much for this

These minor updates are a good thing, as GeneralChaos already said, it makes raw UP more important so its up to you if you wanna be good by yourself.
And now the attention will go into income planets, cuz they still give a good % to officers. People will have more and more NAQ outside and therefore more attacks will be unlished, causing more wars and eventually causing fun.
So those who are small and newbies, they could attack someone large and if attack strengh is greater, then they could take NAQ, but they cant take UU (without benefit).Now NAQ outside will become worth alot.

Persoanlly i like this new update it will help smaller members some wht and will screw bigger players which i find kinda funny lol the new tech updates are awesome glad they fixed the Up thing tho

Oops... I have a habit of doing that too.
