Yet again, the spies have been miss informed. The One is everywhere. They could be in MaYHeM ?, they could be in Janus?, they could be in ...
All that is known that the One is a system Lord with power on high who watches and waits.
He hides in the shadows, and plots.
Maybe, Teal'uc needs to think, history?, who do I know, who would want to destroy the Tok'ra?.
History may well repeat itself . We know not the name, just some whispers among the Jaffa. When the time is right, The One will show themselves and many will be surprised , if the rumours are true of a return.
