Brining us to the beginning of the problem.
If neither the attacker or the defender have planets, or both, then the attacker still only looses a fraction of what the defender looses when he gets massed.

so lets just take out the attack/defense/covert planets so every loses the same when it comes to planets

And how likely is that to happen when Jason makes a small fortune from people using USS to buy merlins and sells Dual planets for $$?

Not to mention the severe crying that would happen when people lost their precious planets.

I agree the losses for attacking vs defending are stupidly 1 sided, planets merely exaggerate this issue. 1 turn attacking in particular needs to be removed completely from the game. Take that out and remove planets and it might just turn into a game where building a defense isn't a complete waste of UU and naq.

Valid points, yet its only two types of planets which are the biggest problems and completely derail the kill ratios.

UP planets and Income planets make recovering way to easy. I grant you covert planets are currently not a huge issue, but believe me that is only because the other planets are currently better.

True, but before all planets can be taken away, I suggest a trial period where the attack/defense planets are obsolete, not making them all disappear, but only making them inactive changing back to only your army makes up your strike. If the games evens out that way, maybe those planets can be changed into something else, and I agree, resource planets do make it easier to recover, which I believe that is the point of them.

I've been watching the situation for three years and i dont see why admin would stop killing his oen game now. Btw this doesnt mean that i disagree with his every update like some guys do but there is a lot of those guys who do so that is killing the game.

the style of gameplaying by rising army and throwing them into def/strike/cov is almost lost with the last update of MS and planets.

atm building a 2T def can be takken out in a breath by smone playing jsut for fun wit a huge MS+ planets.

ppl arent complaining coz most of the actives are in th server war
