Please rebuild more... OE has plenty of UU to stock you up

Nice job to TL for the first coordinated strike against HE, very effective. It's taken you nearly 3 weeks to pull your fingers out, let's hope you keep it up and give OE similar/worthwhile stats they are allowing you the opportunity to take, although this is definitely not the case at the moment.
