I do like the idea of alliance upgrades, also the idea of setting the percentage to be taxed, but I think if Leaders and 2IC are to set it, it shouldn't be allowed to go above 10%. Also, perhaps in wartime, there could be an option for an alliance repair, where in one case, it would send out enough naq to repair either defensive or offensive weapons depending on what the leader or 2IC decides at the time and it can only be done once a day, and the option would be restricted to be used during an alliance war only. That way, it prevents abuse from sending naq out all the time after someone has just done some farming or random massing.

Gah. >.< This update has done nothing but confuse me. The Naq is untouchable, so it's just sitting there, gathering dust.
I appreciate that Jason must be a very busy man, but I'm impatient. >.<

Join the club, we pretty much all feel that way at this point. I mean, the alliance bank came out in September, its been seven months and still no word on what exactly we will be able to do with it.

That's easy, put 1% of our Naq in there, so we can stare at it whenever were online

i think it is a dam good idea and could work well, each alliance can buy a planet for X amount of NAQ (from the alliance bank) this planet can be a duel or single and any attribute (att, def, cov, AC, UP and income), it can only be upgraded with the NAQ from the alliance bank and what ever the planet it should be better than the person planet and were as u get 50% of the plan u can get 75% of the planets attribute so say it was a UP planet of 100k and u have a 200k UP u would get all of it as its 50% wer as with 75% of the planet u would need a smaller UP (can be bothered with maths) this goes for all the planet
yes they can be taken.
unlike the current planet def were u must have a % of the planets def to evan attack it, they have say a 10trill def and any member can attack the planet evan with 1 fleet and before the alliance can take the planet it must have 0 def.
