no rankings and still a huge ppt but its getting there

Time's been running pretty long already, my PPT has been decreasing for the past few days.

Same, PPT time is going, but it's just since two turns ago, that ranks did appear on my account and that income gets generated...however, rank 0 overall and unable to see anyone by page rankings.
