Check while it says you can to ascension 14... you dont' have the units.. So it should be capped.

Just for the one without the care of the math behind this
If the rate keeps up 1482 hours left and 2 turns per hour
2964*125=370.5 Mil increase to UP
Now the fact that the Rate is increasing, not flat-lined or decreasing, suggests to me that the 1bil UP estimate might be low. That's 40,000 (999) at the up button.
