That's because OE are actually FSF.

DDE is Mayhem, Mayhem is Jötunheim, Jötunheim is DDE,

ETL is Gandy, Gandy is High Empty, High Empty is ETL.

Jötunheim was created because DDE didn't want to mass TaF but MayHem wanted to mass TaF but didn't want to be DDE, so Delta was massed because they were accused of having a multi so OE massed The Order who are DDE... dun dun dun
