If the vote is now done by armysize admin needs to make it Perg cannot join, else whats to stop 10-15 perg alliances all with 50mill UU armysizes controlling a house, and no one in main can do anything about it, as you cannot kill there army to make them smaller.... Perg could exploit this update.

Whilst that's true. Only 1 alliance can be leader atm. So, even a perg alliance with 30 players at 50m army, would be trumped by a alliance with 10 members at like 160m each.

Though i still support the idea that perg alliances can not participate. Otherwise, there is no way to engage them in inter-house wars. Unless, the protection is removed due to alliance membership

Any news about the discussions? I'm interested to know if anything's being done about those who never have a defense, MS or planets, just a strike...

And yes, do something about perg... maybe shut it down and force them to main? The ones who are doing well in perg are more than active enough to be in main, they dont need a slower gameplay style. The ones who aren't doing well in perg are inactive

The perg issue, all admin has to do to stop the exploiting is

MAX CAP 50,000,000 if you go to 50,000,001 and you get auto booted into main, and cannot return to perg for 60days, if you leave on your own to sell resources, you cannot return for 90 days, when the number 3 ranked alliance in the game, is all in perg, your telling me there isnt an issue, NO ONE can touch them they are 100% safe, COME ON ADMIN get it sorted, people have been crying out for something to be done for over a year.

I still think the best solution for pergatory is to not only cap their army size, but cap the maximum total power a player may have. It's a realm created for new players to learn the game. Allowing players to get 1T strike, 1T defense, 1T covert, and 1T MS is not gonna help any new player in perg. Give everyone a cap of 2T total power in Perg. Then smaller alliances have a chance at fighting back.

If you do that, no alliance can defend themselves, bar the larger ones whom would bully their way to the top. Similar to what mayhem did/are doing

You're obviously missing the point because that IS the point. In perg, no alliance should be permitted to get the upper hand... let alone a page 1 ranking. If an alliance like Maelstrom can only have 2T total power, then any of the other perg alliances can take them down. Likewise, they can take down any other alliances. Perg is supposed to be set up to give the small players a chance. Putting a cap on total power allows them this chance because nobody can really get the upper hand in perg, then.

Except that the little players will still be dominated, since they don't stand a chance being able to only use 60AT/account

Why not just leave the account size, and just boot people over 2T power. Especially once the covert update comes in, if you have more then 2T power, your able to handle yourself and should be kicked

IMO, caps implies what happens when you have 10 100k up planets, but only get a bonus of 100k total, since your raw UP is only 20k.

So it's agreed it was the same idea different wording lol. I guess i was more going with hard cap (you hit it your gone), and your is a soft cap, like the army size. You can exceed the cap, but with punishment
