LA, my idea is aimed to make growth harder... deleting all the useless accounts and leaving the monster UP ones wont slow anything down.
i grew 70mil in a week before i quit, wich is stupidly easy...

I see your point, but well...what is the point to keep those tiny accounts here, they don't even benefit to someone who JUST joined!
And they surely participate in the turn lag...
And anyway in my ideas in suggestions..raiders aren't benefiting more, considering I asked a rework of rates of ATs & UU in game market, to make ATs less profitable to buy.

I think the AT's should be cheaper to buy, because for raiders like me, I like knowing everything my account has, was because I earned it from taking the time to find the raid and get it all.

@ apophis - surprise that someone dependant on UP planets over the raiding cap wants to keep up planets.
let me tell you something. I'm 2m away from raiding cap and I WANT to bring the game back.
so basicly what ur saying is the game is fine. eliminate the accounts for raiding- when 'U' can't raid anymore.
everyone like you is out for themselves.
as for the planet buster idea. of course itd be for a planet with 0 def already. and u could use it on a planet you just stole.

I just say get rid of useless accounts that aren't raidable...as for UP planets they are here and everyone benefits from them but not as much as before, and they have been tiered with officer UPs and commander circles..

By that logic, what accounts do we eliminate? Because there are accounts that aren't raidable because they have no UU's, or because your rank is too high, but the ones with no UU's are active, so what accounts do we get rid of?

well its best to get rid off 1-500k accounts periodically, also coz none can rule market and due to war at's prices rises then it might be good to rise a bit the % of raiding, so a raider will use less at's

way to do it would be, raise starting uu to 500k, delete all accounts with less uu than that, the account with more get vac'd when they are inactive for 3 months.
will slow growth and speed up server without admin going deletey delete to people who may one day return.

Delete accounts that have no user activity for 6 months.
Ensure that players that are leaving and not selling, stick there account into vacation mode.
Then the game purges accounts that have not had an active log in for 6 months, similar to mail janitors?
Could see how this goes, then change to 3 months, but I know I had one officer who moved houses and had problems connecting for over a month (And before any says anything, they can use a mates/internet cafe, true, but some players do not think of this or have means to)
Also, I think currently, the race war that is going on has stirred some interest, it has made some of my empire members more active.

Well nothing really changed in sgw I think, aside of the exponentially growing game lag which makes things worse..

May sound like a cliché, but, what has already died, cannot be in the process of dying.
'Tis a normal result of this kind of game play style, nothing more, nothing less.

If SGW was dead, I wouldn't be looking at these forums, nor the game....
If SGW was dead, Jason wouldn't be making money on it, thereby forcing him to shut it down and put its server to better use.
I don't see anything in the game that would qualify it as "dead". Enlighten me.
