You must have at least a small small portion of the defensive value of a planet (somewhere between 15 and 20 percent), in fleet strength, in order to convince your pilots that it is not a complete suicide mission without meaning...

0 Defense on the Planet, Ended up having a platform. So basically if you test with 1 fleet, it tells you there is a platform there without you loosing the fleet/using the turns.

Also, can I ask if this is a bug or a feature:
Repair Alliance Weapons for 2 bil.

This does not work on fleets, are they not considered actual weapons even though they are in the weapon screen?

I can confirm that the alliance log for outgoing sabs is not working. Did a bit of sabbing myself a bit ago and theres nothing listed in the alliance log sab pulldown.

Yes I agree, I believe it should be at least 24 hours and not be limited by numbers or else they seem kind of pointless at being logs.

can you copy/paste your 'spanation' you get when clicking on the number of your income per turn?
i called it 'def con' originally (and below) but just changed it to 'realm alert' incase that threw you....
mine below:

ok disappeared for lots ...
i have fixed what i think caused it (did you know that 0 = 'r1234' is true?? but that '0' ='r1234' is false) and reset the times so that everyone is past the 24hour limit.
will see today if it is really fixed ... or i picked the wrong scapegoat....and the real code criminal is still loose!

ok 2 fixes...the alliance attacks i went to 1000 records. will have to go less if pageloads take too long. this has nothing to do with sabs showing or not...i fixed that with a type-o fix :)
and you can now attack a platform only, with anything.
When attacking planets/platforms, if the attack is less than 1% of the def, no def damage is done at all.

But the fleets still go splat if they are less than 10% right? Else you just re-enabled the 1fleet needed to kill any platform bug...

Ah I see the def con rate/ realm alert at the bottom. I assumed it hadn't as my income is about 8 Billion a turn higher at that level than it was before. Sorry for the confusion.
